Seb was shaking, knowing he could be killed easily at any minute "Why am I restrained anyway?! And I got beaten up, obviously"

"Tell me why. And I don't bloody know, did you struggle much?" Sherlock asked. He sensed Sebastian's fear "I'm not going to kill you Sebastian, I was merely here to visit Molly when I spotted Jim" he explained.

Sebastians breathing slowled slightly "I was trying to help jim, it's none of your business"

"You two getting cosy?" Jim asked from the door, sipping on his coffee and smiling over his cup.

Seb jumped and stared over "Jim! Jim, what's going on?" he whimpered.

"You're in hospital, they had to restrain you and sedate you because you were struggling so much and Sherlock just popped round for a chat" Jim went over to Seb's bed and pressed a kiss to his forehead, ignoring Sherlock's look.
"You're fine, I promise" he smiled.

Seb relaxed slightly, shooting a wary glance at Sherlock

"Any chance you could leave now Sherlock? I need to speak to Sebastian alone" Jim said, faking his politeness as Sherlock stood and curtly nodded his goodbye.
"I hate that asshole" Jim muttered.

"Why don't you just kill him?"

"Too much effort, it would be much easier to make it do it himself" Jim said, his lips curling into a smirk as a new plan of getting rid of Sherlock formed in his head.
"I need to tell you something" he said, his face and voice suddenly serious.

Seb stared at him, uddenly uncertain "wh-What?"

"I-er, we've moved flats?" Jim said, questioning what he already knew.

Seb frowned "WHy? Finn-Finn killed those guys"

"I just don't want to be in that flat Sebby and I know but God knows how many more of them there are" Jim explained "And anyway, its already been done, everything's been moved".

Seb sighed and nodded "Ok"

"We've got new sheets, we should Christian them when you get out of here" Jim whispered into Seb's ear, nibbling on it slightly "Or, y'know, we could Christian these".

Seb went a pale rose colour "Jim! You can;t christen hospital sheets! Especially when I'm restrained!"

"I am perfectly capable of taking them off" Jim smirked, starting to pull at one of the buckles of Seb's restraints.

"Jim we're not oing this" giggled Seb.

"I don't hear a no, I hear a maybe" Jim grinned, finally pulling off the last restraint and carefully straddling Seb, checking behind him to see that the door was closed and the blinds shut.

Seb stared up at him, placing hi hands behind his head.

Jim leaned down and pressed a kiss on Seb's lips, pulling at his robe to try and get it off "Move a bit" he said, nudging Sebby slightly in the sides.

"Jim!" protested Seb but did as asked anyway.

Jim grinned and started kissing down Sebastian's now bare chest slowly reaching his navel and the trail of hair that lead down below.
"Want to?" he said, locking eyes with Seb for approval.

Seb looked uncerain but nodded "But for gods sake be discreet!"
