"I-I'm going to make another tea" he said, needing something to do with his hands.

"I'm worried about you, Sherlock sis searching for you. I don't want you to get hurt" and this time, he meant what he said.

Seb leant against the counter, taking deep breaths. He could have told Jim this would happen, that now he was definatly ALIVE Sherlock would be looking for people who could put his friends in danger, but he didn;t dare tell Jim anythoing of th sort.

"I'll keep you safe Sebastian you just have to do something for me and I'll promise" he whispered, squeezing Seb's middle tighter in an attempt to calm him down
